Shipping, Returns, Cancellations & Payment Policy
Shipping Policy
- In-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours.
- Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.
- If a part must be ordered from the manufacturer, it typically takes 2-5 days to arrive to us before shipment to you.
- Most orders ship complete within 2-3 business days, with some parts taking up to 5-6 business days.
- Ground shipping delivery is typically 5–7 days, depending on location.
- Oversized shipments may incur extra charges—approval will be sought before shipping.
- Shipping carriers may be substituted at our discretion to reduce costs.
- We ship spare parts internationally.
- We do not ship COD orders.
- If a part is backordered or discontinued, we will make efforts to find an alternative quickly.
Return Policy
- Contact us to arrange any returns.
- Returns must include a copy of the original invoice.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned parts.
- Parts under $10.00 / AED40 are not returnable.
- All returns must be in resalable condition and in original packaging.
- Used, installed, or tested parts cannot be returned.
- Electrical parts are non-returnable.
- Parts missing or with damaged part number labels are not accepted for return.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Returns are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
- Core refunds require the part to be returned in the original box, undamaged and original to Ramah alsahra motor.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be canceled before shipment.
- If the part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a 25% return fee may apply.
